hi mates, my son created a new account yesterday from the same IP address. we are using 2 same computers.. is this allowed? if yes, are there any exclusions (transfers between us disallowed, etc.)?

Yes these cases should be reported to support first so there are no problems in the future and yes no trading between teams or deliberately losing games etc.

I will contact them (support) about this case to let them know so they don’t suspend his account but the system probably already has.

Hi,

I created a team in Germany (the Country i live atm), username gaetu and after a few days i asked somebody if my Team can change to another Country (to Romania my homeland) and the asnwer was no but got a suggestion to create another Team and maybe i could get my Tokens transfer into the new team. I created another Team in Romania with username gaetu88 and after another consideration i changed my mind about switching and want to stay in Germany. I wrote a few days ago an email to mybasketteamsupport about deleting the 2nd team (from Romania) and was hoping for an answer. I mention that i didnt make transfers, friendlies or even logged in. Cheers.

That account was created on 1st of January and was suspended automatically the same day. I checked with support and I see that they answered your email already, the same day you wrote the mail they answered it. I guess you should check your email more often 😉
